| On Finnhamn you can stay by yourself, together with your family, the school class or your colleagues. Here you can have a conference, celebrate your birthday or get married! Below mentioned are different accommodation alternatives, as well as a camping and harbours. Information and reservations on phone: +46 8 542 46 212, fax: +46 8 542 46 133 STF/IYHF Youth Hostel "Utsikten"Originally today’s Youth Hostel was built in 1915 as a summer manor for coal-dealer Mr. Rönström. Since the 1940’s the building has been used as a pension and education-centre and since 1987 as a Youth Hostel. The Youth Hostel is open the full year and is the largest in the archipelago with 80 beds. To larger groups we serve nice home cooked meals. In the reception you can be assisted with many things, such as make your sauna reservation, your rowing boat reservation, book breakfast or be recommended a half-day tour to one of the surrounding islands. The Youth Hostel is a member of the STF and IYHF organisations. Book online>> Youth Hostel with pair-cottages. Community kitchen, dining room and TV-room. Showers and WC in the hallway. There is a total of 80 beds divided in 4-5 bed rooms, 2-bed rooms and 2-3 bed rooms in the pair-cottages. Open: The full year. Sommargården"Sommargården" was built in the 1950’s and has during the years 1950-1995 been used as a summer camp. "Sommargården" is now booked by school classes and other groups that wants to self-cater. There is a total of 50 beds divided in many smaller houses. There is also a large kitchen with a dining room, a house with meeting-room as well as a house with showers, WC and sauna. During mid-June through mid-August it works as a Youth Hostel. Sommargården has simple standard. There are a total of 50 beds divided in 4 larger houses and 4 smaller cottages. In every house you can lock your door. Dining room and Shower + WC are in separate buildings. There is also a community room in a separate building. Open: May- October Stugbyn"Stugbyn" was built by the City of Stockholm in the 1940’s in order to give families with children in Stockholm the opportunity to spend their vacation in the archipelago. Today "Stugbyn" is open for everyone! There are 23 cottages with 4-beds and 6 cottages with 2-beds. They are all equipped with table-top cooker, refrigerator, pots, pans and chinaware. There is electricity but no running water, you fetch water outside from a pump. There are out door toilets and community showers in a separate building. Open: May-October Sjölängorna
"Sjölängorna" (Eng. Sea cabins) were built in the 1950’s when the need for staff-quarters grew as the Pension grew in popularity. "Sjölängorna" are sited in apart from the other buildings, the name since they are close to the sea… There is electricity but no running water. There are out door toilets and community showers in the Youth Hostel. Sjölängorna are two buildings with three 4-bed apartments each. Every apartment have a little kitchen. They hold the same standard as Stugbyn, but these are sited on Stora Jolpan. Camping
On Finnhamn you can put up your tent in the assigned area only. Here you have access to fresh water and out door toilets. You can pay for a shower in the Youth Hostel. There is a place to barbecue and a beach. If you are a group of people you need to call and make a reservation. There is no need to make a reservation if you are arriving with only one tent.
